The Proforms are an Indianapolis based Hip-Hop group comprised of four(4) individuals that formed by some quirk. (Break Down Kings, St. Recon, Dead Man Switch) and DJ Spoolz (The Dirty 30) come from totally different backgrounds, but find a camaraderie and solace in their love of music.

While noticeably influenced by the “Golden Era” of Hip-Hop, that would only scratch the surface of what comprises The Proforms sound. The Proforms possess an unwavering respect and determination to further the educational and artistic aspects of Hip-Hop. Having performed with many other Indianapolis-based groups, The Proforms have also shared the stage with such notable artists as Redman and Method Man, C-Rayz Walz, Das Efx, Planet Asia and Del the Funkee Homosapien. The Proforms have recently charted with their debut single “Get Ready” on the RapAttackLives Charts and the Rap Network Record Breakers Charts.
