Self taught musician and writer,Joe Hamgeri emerges into the music scene giving the industry a fresh take on what it means to be a rock artist. From Chicago the Indianapolis artist learned the piano at age of 10, by listening to recordings, he picked up the guitar at the age of 15. His music stems from the rock/pop genre, having a "full band" sound with a guitar blues influence. His music draw comparisons to John Mayer, Coldplay and Dave Matthews Band. Joe Hamgeri released his first record "The Violet! EP" on May 24th 2011.
