Remastered/Remesstered by Brian Leonard in 2011.  3 of which are never before released tracks.  Some things have yet to be fixed but whatev.  If you want a 320 mp3 or a CD of any of B's Bands send a comment with email. (especially the Bentframe Orange CD - it's a real CD)

Scott Edwards recorded us for a school project at the Musical Arts Center in Bloomington, Indiana. Tim Had left the band and Brian tried his best to play his missing parts. Crawford on Bass.

Another analog recording to 2" tape. This is taken from a MiniDisc copy.

Corrected speed and what not...

Paul Mahern helped us with a few pieces of equipment and with getting setup for recording this Tascam analog 8 track recording (Thanks, again).

Crawford on Bass.

This was transferred from a cassette mix - we didn't have access to anything digital at that time.  The drums were recorded with a 58 beta blue and a 57 on a brick on the floor using a dbx compressor that only had one slider per channel.  The bridge of I Can has an Acoustic head with tremolo.  We also had an Alesis microverb for vocals.

It is a weird slightly warped copy from cassette mixdown.  Some noise removal and tweaking (hopefully more fixed than broken).  From now on mp3's will be normal stereo mode with no low frequency filtering and an embedded pic when replaced or new.  Only 150 or so downloaded the original v1.  Useless information overload?

Thanks for the kind words!

I am / we are still very happy with the Lodge Recording. If you would like a CD, please send another message with your email.

Also, I realized the Breakup songs are slowed down. That might be another reason why Jeb likes the Drums... I will update them at the "correct" speed.

It's great to see these tracks still available... Bottomless Cup and Think are great songs... should have been top 10's. I've had these songs in my mix for a decade now.

Glad you like them. It is kind of a Geoff Emerick thing with the 58 in front of the drums about chest level and the brick mic is farther away and to the side picking up alot of the bottom snare. The brick thing Paul was into, which he said he got from Albini - a boundry mic with an extra reflective stone brick below it.

those drums sound really cool on the Breakup recordings. Thanks for the nerdy details.
