Cooled Out Babies are a "studio band".   Like The Beatles post 1966, Finn Swingley has had enough of the adoration of the crowd and retreated to the studio where he can work on things at whatever pace the songs dictate.   The brothers Joe and Brian Daley round out the band on drums and bass.  The first recordings started in late 2010 and continued over the last year and a half.   The group likes to rope in performances from some of their many musical friends and the collection features contributions from Paul Foreman (guitar, alto sax), Brennan Connor (flutes, tenor sax), Jeffrey Kmieciak (guitar and lap steel), Brett Callaway (drum programming, keyboard), Nick Rocchio (lap steel), Sean Burke (shaker, fingersnaps and wolf whistle) and Jeff Wichmann (trumpet).
